Moaistone

A centralized ERP connecting production, logistics and group operations across multiple business entities

Invoicing CRM Production Sales Inventory Multi-company Manufacturing

Moaistone – Odoo ERP project delivered by Eezee

Founded as part of the Pol Laurent group, a family-owned business established in 1946, Moaistone has evolved from post-war material recovery activities into a key player in decorative mineral materials. Over the years, the company expanded its activities across aggregates, transport, and concrete solutions while continuously diversifying its operations. Today, through multiple business entities operating under the same group structure, Moaistone manages a complex supply chain connecting production, logistics, sales, and delivery operations.

Challenge

Transform fragmented processes into a scalable operational model capable of supporting group-wide growth.

4 Key objectives to reach

  • Replace fragmented tools, paper processes, and Excel files with a centralized platform shared across departments and entities.
  • Improve visibility between production, inventory, sales, purchasing, and logistics operations to support faster decision making.
  • Create a structure capable of supporting multiple companies operating under the same group while maintaining centralized management.
  • Industrialize operations to support future growth without increasing administrative complexity.

Before configuring the platform, the Eezee team first focused on understanding how production, logistics, deliveries, and administration interacted across the different entities. The objective was not simply replacing existing tools, but creating a system capable of connecting the entire operational chain into one centralized platform.

1Sales, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing unified into one system

The project started by replacing disconnected processes with a single operational platform. Sales, purchases, inventory, production management, accounting, CRM, and product management were progressively centralized inside Odoo, allowing teams to work with the same information in real time.

2A multi-entity structure supporting centralized management

Rather than creating isolated systems for each activity, the project was built around a group structure allowing centralized accounting while maintaining operational separation between entities. This provided management teams with consolidated visibility while preserving operational flexibility across the different businesses.

3Operations digitized from production to delivery

Paper-based processes were progressively replaced with digital workflows. Manufacturing, stock movements, deliveries, receptions, and administrative tasks now follow standardized processes inside Odoo, reducing manual work while improving operational consistency.

Better coordination, faster operations

Managing production, inventory, deliveries, and purchasing previously required switching between multiple files, paper documents, and disconnected systems. Today, operations are managed from a single environment where teams share the same information across departments and business entities.

Beyond operational improvements, Moaistone now benefits from a scalable structure capable of supporting future expansion while maintaining control over increasingly complex activities.

  • Real-time visibility across inventory, production, sales, and logistics
  • Standardized processes replacing manual paperwork and fragmented workflows
  • Centralized management across multiple entities with operational separation maintained
  • A scalable ERP foundation supporting future growth and diversification

Feature 1

Multi-company management built around branches

Managing several operational entities while maintaining centralized control created significant complexity. Instead of creating separate systems, the project introduced a branch-based structure allowing teams to operate independently while sharing the same ERP environment.

  • Accounting is centralized at group level while operational teams continue working with dedicated branch views adapted to their activities.
  • Sales, purchases, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics are organized per entity without creating duplicated processes or isolated databases.
  • Management teams gain consolidated visibility across the group while preserving operational autonomy for each activity.
  • The structure was designed to support future reorganizations and growth without requiring a complete system redesign.
Feature 2

Real-time reporting connected directly to operational data

The business required advanced reporting capabilities beyond traditional ERP dashboards. Rather than exporting data manually, reporting was connected directly to operational flows.

  • A dedicated connector synchronizes operational data between Odoo and Power BI, providing management teams with centralized reporting.
  • Production, inventory, purchasing, sales, and logistics indicators become available without manual exports or spreadsheet manipulation.
  • Reporting reflects real operational activity rather than delayed administrative consolidation.
  • Decision makers can analyze performance across entities while keeping a consolidated group-level view.
Feature 3

Delivery and operational documents generated automatically

Before the project, many delivery and operational documents were still handwritten, creating delays and unnecessary administrative work. The objective was not only digitization but also simplifying day-to-day execution.

  • Direct printing capabilities were integrated directly into operational workflows, allowing teams to generate documents automatically from Odoo.
  • Delivery notes, warehouse documents, and operational paperwork are generated from system data rather than handwritten manually.
  • Drivers receive standardized documents directly connected to orders and deliveries, reducing mistakes and administrative effort.
  • From manufacturing to final delivery, product flows are now tracked continuously without re-entering information multiple times.
