Over the years, the company expanded its activities across aggregates, transport, and concrete solutions while continuously diversifying its operations. Today, through multiple business entities operating under the same group structure, Moaistone manages a complex supply chain connecting production, logistics, sales, and delivery operations.

Solutions
Before configuring the platform, the Eezee team first focused on understanding how production, logistics, deliveries, and administration interacted across the different entities. The objective was not simply replacing existing tools, but creating a system capable of connecting the entire operational chain into one centralized platform.

The project started by replacing disconnected processes with a single operational platform. Sales, purchases, inventory, production management, accounting, CRM, and product management were progressively centralized inside Odoo, allowing teams to work with the same information in real time.
