Dreambaby is a leading baby specialist in Belgium, offering everything from baby clothes, car seats, and strollers to complete nursery solutions. The brand operates 27 physical stores, a webshop (dreambaby.be), and over 350 collection points across the country.
Challenge
Following its acquisition by Supra Bazar in March 2024, Dreambaby needed to revamp its IT infrastructure to gain more autonomy and reduce costs. Previously, as part of the Colruyt Group, Dreambaby shared IT solutions with Dreamland, which limited flexibility and slowed down the implementation of new features.

- Gaining IT autonomy: The legacy system required long development cycles for new functionalities. Dreambaby needed a user-friendly ERP that allowed the team to manage processes independently.
- Implementing an omnichannel payment solution: A flexible system that could handle multiple payment methods for online orders.
- Expanding delivery and collection options: More choices for click & collect and home deliveries, including enabling gift-givers to send products from baby registries directly to recipients.

1Integration with SAP and Odoo
- Inventory connector: track stock in warehouses and stores for click & collect.
- Orders and logistics connector: synchronize orders between SAP and the webshop for seamless processing.
- Billing and payment connector: ensure invoices and payments are automatically managed.
- Product connector: ensure products are visible both in SAP and on the webshop.
